Basic Home Inspection

Independent Roof Inspection
While roof assessments are included in every standard inspection, you can also request a dedicated roof-only evaluation for insurance claims, maintenance checks, or peace of mind.

Overwatch Inspections performs every inspection in accordance with the state standards of practice for where the property is located:

Indiana: Follows Indiana Home Inspectors Licensing Board rules, including “Minimum Standards of Competent Practice and Code of Ethics.”
